Price and Process

For an annual price of $4,850.00 you will receive one of our sewer cameras.
As soon as it’s received the camera is ready for use (wait times may be longer at initial sign up).
Inevitably something on it will break; each time it does, get on our website and click the Replacement tab, fill in your info and we will promptly ship you a replacement.

Replacement

Upon receiving your replacement, inside you will find a camera, a repair order and a slip containing the return address.
Remove the camera and place the broken camera to be returned back in the same box.
Please take a moment to fill out the repair order to help us diagnose the issue and place it in the box with the camera.
Ship the broken camera back to us. (USPS is unable to ship it, UPS or FEDEX recommended)
You will pay shipping for the return.

Camera and Components

Our service includes just the camera, but there are other accessories that are used along with sewer cameras. Please see our Accessories page for options.
Our cameras are all identical.
The camera is powered by a 20V Dewalt battery (not included) or a plug in power supply can be used (not included). Please see our Accessories page for options.
A recording device is included, but you will need to own and maintain your own USB Flashdrive to record and save videos.
