We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits on any canceled subscription. You must ensure that any product(s) are shipped to us within 7 days of your cancellation and provide proof of said shipment within seven (7) days. If the product(s) are not shipped within said time we reserve the right to charge you a replacement fee for each of the items not delivered.
